What makes it special

The Stable Rug is a must-have for clipped horses or horses with sensitive skin. The warm rug provides warmth and comfort for the horse, while also being extremely convenient for the rider. Although it offers a lot of warmth, it remains highly breathable thanks to the combination of materials.

Materials and fabrics

The inside of the rug is lined with Kentucky's signature artificial rabbit fur. This lining prevents rubbing and polishes the horse's coat. In addition, the artificial rabbit fur creates an insulating layer around the horse, retaining its body heat. For extra warmth, 200g fiberfill is added—with a down-like effect but easier to maintain. The outer side is made of 600D high-tenacity polyester with a diamond quilting, which makes the rug extremely difficult to tear. Shavings do not stick to the fabric.

Shape and size

The rug has an anatomical shape and closes with 2 strong front buckles and 2 surcingles with a belt. Thanks to the artificial rabbit fur, the rug always slides back into place after rolling or lying down. For additional protection of the withers, artificial sheepskin is added in the wither area.

Care

Shavings are easily brushed off, and the rug can be washed at 30 degrees.
